Most Common Documents
Legalisation of documents is required under The Hague Convention when the documents are to be used between parties that have contracted to the Convention. The documents that are to be legalised with an apostille are normally differentiated as two types.
A. The ones do not require further certification, i.e. certified by a UK legal professional regulated by different legal bodies, such as a Solicitor, Notary Public or a Chartered Legal Executive. This category of documents may include UK Birth Certificates, UK Marriage Certificates, UK Death Certificates, or ACRO certificates.
B. The other types of documents do require certification by a legal professional mentioned above and they may include a DBS check, some Company House documents, DVLA documents, etc.
Please check below and choose the types of the documents that you want to be legalised.

"Rigorous procedures"
As notarial service is concerned, primarily we provide authentication and certification of signatures of the documents that are mainly used abroad. The process is rigorously carried out in compliance with the Notaries Practice Rules 2009 (add a link). The signatory’s signature is duly witnessed, Customer due diligence (CDD) is carried out in identifying the clients and make sure they are who they say they are. This normally involves identity documents (passport or driving licence) and / or proof of address documents.
